TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FRC~: Administrative Secretary <br /> <br />RE: Petition for Street Improvement - Peltzer Addition <br />DATE: February 19, 1981 <br /> <br />As per your request the following information is hereby presented to you <br />regarding the petition for street improvement for Peltzer Addition: <br /> <br />There were 32 signatures in favor of the street improvement and 8 against. <br />However~ in figuring the area of improvement against the signatures and <br />what the petition stated (owners of property located in the Peltzer Addition) <br />there is a vast difference. They did not include Limonite Street in any of <br />the signatures for or against the project and it is felt the citizens on <br />that street will be benefitting due to the fact that 151st is in the area <br />requesting improvement. It makes a difference of 6 units - 70 including the <br />Limonite Street and 64 without Limonite Street. <br /> <br />The percentage with and without Limonite Street are as follows: <br /> <br />With Limonite Street - <br /> <br />46% in favor <br />12% against <br /> <br />Without Limonite Street - <br /> <br />50% in favor <br />13% against <br /> <br /> <br />
