b - <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and <br />Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on April 7, 1981, at <br />7:50 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Edward Klemish's <br />request to rezone the property at 16736 St. Francis Blvd N.W. from <br />R -1 (residential) to B -1 (business), according to City Ordinance 170. <br />019 entitled Amendments and Section 170.019B entitled Procedure. <br />The property is legally described as Lot 3, Block 4, Klemish Addition <br />and is generally known as 16736 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />on the rezoning request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd N.W., Ramsey, MN <br />55303 and shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 P.M., <br />�l April 7, 1981. <br />Lloyd G.
