NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />l� <br />ci <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's <br />Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on March 3, 1981, <br />at 7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Dennis <br />Holmquist request to rezone the property at 6326 Highway #10 N.W. from <br />R -1 (residential) to B -1 (business), according to City Ordinance 170.019 <br />entitled Amendments and Section 170.019B entitled Procedure. <br />The property is legally described as Auditors Sub- <br />division #96 Lot 3 and is generally known as 6326 Highway #10 N.W. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing <br />and comment on the rezoning request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to <br />the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303• Written comments shall be received at the above address <br />prior to 5:00 P.M.
