Motion by Councilwoman Van Wagner and seconded by Councilman <br />Reimann to approve final plat of Flintwood Hills II Plat providing <br />the following is accomplished prior to the signing of plat <br />documents: <br />a. City Attorney's Title Opinion on subject plat. <br />b. pay to City of Ramsey $500.00 as an additional <br />park fee for failing to plant row of trees. <br />C. Any unpaid costs due to the City in connection with <br />the development of plat up to this date are reimbursed <br />to the City. <br />d. Development contract has been signed by the developer <br />and escrow deposit in City contract. <br />e. All engineering requirements have been satisfied as <br />listed in City Engineer's report dated April 9, 1981 <br />where variances haven't been authorized by City Council. <br />Further, a letter from City Engineer substantiating <br />that the developer has complied with his report as <br />approved by Council. <br />• but contingent on the city council and developer entering into <br />an agreement on the city's proposed blacktopping policy in the <br />development contract. The city advises developer that the decision <br />regarding blacktopping shall be made at its April 28th, 1981 meeting, <br />in a resolution. <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by councilwoman Van Wagner <br />too amend the main motion to include: The Council deletes item require - <br />C ment number 8 in the city engineer's letter dated April 9th regarding <br />signalization. <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilwoman <br />Van Wagner, Councilman Cox and Councilman Sorteberg. Voting <br />no: Councilman Reimann. <br />. Main Motion carried. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Van Wagner, <br />Councilman Cox, Councilman Sorteberg and - Councilman Reimann. Voting <br />no: None. <br />COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Timothy Nordskog came before the Council requesting the name change <br />of Kangaroo Street. He owns two lots in Oakridge Estates. The Council <br />received the following background information in the agenda for <br />consideration: <br />a. Letter dated April 1, 1981 from Timothy Nordskog's <br />attorney requesting that the City change Kangaroo <br />Street to Oakridge Street. <br />b. Map showing Kangaroo Street in regards to Mr. Nordskog's <br />request. <br />The Council discussed this request and called for a motion. <br />There was no support of the request by the City Council and <br />no motion was made. <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to <br />accept Resolution 81 - (ROnallo Britt) <br />• C /April 14, 1981 <br />6 <br />
