The original
proposal is no longer a consideration.
Citizen Durwood Kurrasch came before the Commission and
stated he resides in part of the duplex and wants the property
• left as a residential property so he can continue to reside
there.
Mr. Holmquist stated he plans on leaving the duplex as is.
Citizen Chuck Olson came before the Commission and stated he
resides in the other part of the duplex and inquired if Mr.
Holmquist were to put up a pole barn if the taxes would go
up and also commented the addition would take a large part
of the property space available to him now.
Citizen Neil Pratt came before the Commission and stated he
is the owner of the property South and to the river of the
subject property. He further stated his opposition to the
proposed rezoning as it will not enhance his property. Mr.
Pratt has already submitted a letter in opposition to the
rezoning to the Commission.
Mr. Holmquist stated there are only 3 parcels zoned residential
and the rest are zoned commercial in the area in question.
P &Z/Apri1 7r 1981
1
