The City of Anoka endorses the proposed Rum River crossing north of <br />the high school as the best location. <br />8. The City of Anoka should be informed of any potential airport site selection <br />developments. <br />p. <br />9. The City of Anoka should inform the City of Ramsey that if Municipal Shore - <br />land Standards are applied to the two lakes along Industry Avenue, the areas <br />in Anoka and within the boundaries of these standards will not be affected. <br />10. The City of Anoka suggests the following corrections to the City of Ramsey <br />Comprehensive Plan: <br />a) On page 5, under "Historic Sited' it is stated that the School <br />District's No. 28 building (Old Ramsey Town Hall) was construct- <br />ed in 1857. This is not correct. The exact year of construct- <br />ion has not been established but research by the Anoka County <br />Historical Society indicates that it was built in about 1890. <br />b) On pages 46 -47 under "a) Commercial Retail- Shopping Center ", <br />there is an error in sentence structure with some words re- <br />peated. <br />c). On page 88, Policies C1 and #2 apparently incorrectly refer to <br />Anoka rather than Ramsey. <br />Adopted by the Anoka City Council this 6th 'day of April, 1981. <br />• R <br />
