The City of Andover has adopted a Scenic River Ordinance. We would <br />expect to receive Ramsey's Scenic River Ordinance in its preliminary <br />stage for our review. <br />2. The staging of the sewer and the population figures you are proposing <br />and the concern of development along the Rum River. <br />3. The proposed Rum River Crossing. <br />It is our policy that any rezonings, changes in use, platting and the like <br />be submitted to our neighbors in its preliminary stage and are requesting <br />the same of our neighbors.
