-41 - <br />INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDER <br />1) Sealed bids will be accepted until Monday, May 11, 1981, 4 :00 P.M. <br />at the office of the City Administrator /Clerk, Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />2) Bids shall be in a sealed envelope endorsed, BID FOR STREET <br />DEPARTMENT DUMP TRUCK. <br />3) Bids shall be submitted on the Proposal Form, herewith attached and <br />shall be accompanied by complete specifications of the truck that is <br />bid. <br />Q) Delivery date must be stated on the proposal and may be considered <br />is in awarding the bid. <br />5) The City may award to the lowest bidder and /or in the best interests <br />of the City. <br />6) Bid security from the successful bidder shall be retained until <br />delivery of the equipment is made. <br />7) The City Reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive <br />any and all informalities. <br />is <br />
