ADDENDUM TO COUNCIL NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11) Street Petition <br /> <br />Motion by Councilw~an Van Wagner to order a feasibility study <br />on Ford Brook Estates. <br /> <br />Motion dies for lack of a second. <br /> <br />Discussion: Does not meet necessary percentage for petition <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> 10) Radio Maintenance Agreement. <br /> <br />No action at this time. More information necessary. <br /> <br /> 12) List of Meetings coming up in the future that council <br /> members should be cognizant of. <br /> <br />The Council noted said meetings. <br /> <br /> 13) Quarterly Budget Report for January through March 1981. <br /> <br /> The Council noted receipt of the quarterly report. <br /> <br /> 14) Landfill report <br /> <br />The Counoil noted receipt of the landfill report. <br /> <br /> 15) Incineration of Waste Material <br /> <br /> Councilman Gary Reimann will get more information regarding this. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the City liquor permit does not have anything <br />regarding set-up licenses now to allow for set-up permits and <br />suggested City Attorney Goodrich ~repare. a sample fee and ordinance <br />having a set up license within the City. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg <br /> to direct City Attorney to prepare a sample fee and ordinance <br /> for liquor permit set-up licenses within the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> Motion carried.
