NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ramsey Board of Adjustment will <br />conduct a public hearing on the 12th day of May, 1981, 7:30 P.M. at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 NowThen Blvd NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. The <br />purpose of this public hearing will be to take citizen input on the <br />application of Anthony Sperbeck for a variance from the City Code he <br />desires in the placing of an accessory building 54 feet from the center <br />of the road.' <br />The legal description is as follows: Block 4, Lot 3 Hall Anderson c <br />Acres and also known as 6121 - 159th Lane NW. <br /> The applicant requests a City Code variance such that he may construct <br /> an accessory building 54 feet from' the center of the road, City Code <br /> Section 170.013D (1). <br /> All interested persons may he heard at the hearing.
