N. 73-1), Section V, Subd. 2 I, notice is <br />hereby given of our intent to issue an order to Waste <br />Managen~nt o.f Minnesota, Inc., to: 1) commence the operation <br />of their new venting system; 2) flare the discharge gases; <br />and 3) phase out the operation of the old (west property line) <br />venting system as may be permitted by monitoring data. It is <br />further our intent to issue such order on or after May 18, 1981. <br />The purpose of such order is to correct alleged nuisance odor <br />problems related to the discharge gases from the un-flared old <br />venting system, comments concerning this matter, received be- <br />fore May 18, 1981, will be considered before any final action <br />is taken in this matter. <br /> <br />Robert M.
