Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #81-1lb <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO BID SPECIAL ASSES~ENT COSTS FOR THE FOLLOWING PARCELS <br />OF TAX FORFEIT LAND: <br /> WHEREAS, the Anoka County Auditor by letter dated March 4, <br />1981] advised the City of Ramsey of the following parcels that were tax <br />forfeit land: <br /> <br /> 1) Plat - Whispering Pines Estates Lot #3 Block #5 <br /> 2) Plat - Vfnispering Pines Estates Lot #11 Block #8 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RA~AgEY, ANOKA <br /> COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) That the City of Ramsey submit a bid for the following <br /> parcels of land in the amount of the special assessment against it for <br /> an ur~restricted use of land: <br /> a) Plat Whispering Pines Estates Lot #3 Block #5 <br /> b) Plat Whispering Pines Estates LOt #11 Block #8 <br /> 2) That the City's Mayor and Administrative Assistant/ <br /> Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the necessary documents in order <br /> to effectuate the acquisition of the above listed properties. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br /> by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br /> ing voted in favor thereof: : . <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reim~nn <br /> and Cox <br /> and the following voted against the same: None <br /> whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br /> P~qey City Council this the 24th day of March, 1981. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
