RESOLUTION #81- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE PURCHASE OF A D~NP BOX <br />AND HOIST, ONE ONE-WAY SNOW PLOW, ONE SIDE SNOW WING AND ONE SANDER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to sn advertisement for bids for the pur- <br />chase of a dump box and hoist, one one-way snow plow, one side snow <br />win~ snd one sander, bids were received, opened and tabulated accord- <br />ing to law, end the following bids were received complying with the <br />advertisement: <br /> Truck Hayden <br /> Itasca Equip. The lower price <br />reflects the correct sander <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Hayden-Murphy is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RANSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF ~NESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) The City Council accepts the lowest total cost bid which <br />was Hayden-Murphy of $13,774.00. The Council authorizes the City Admini- - <br />strator to order the dump box and hoist, one one-way snow plow, one <br />side snow wing and one sander from Hayden-Murphy. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposit made with their <br />bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidder is to be retained <br />until equipment has been received by the City of R~m~ey. <br /> <br /> <br />
