Council minutes dated November 13, 1978.
b. County Engineer's letter dated November 15, 1978.
e. city Engineer's report dated November 13, 1978.
d. City Engineer's report dated April 7, 1981.
e. P&Z minutes April 7,.1981.

Mayor Gamec stated the previous plan for an urban permit was a tentative
plan. James Refrigeration is planning to put in a superette and
self service gas station. Councilman Cox stated the road should
be between lots to stay consistent. Mr. Alfred Albert came before
the Council and stated he represented Mr. Marx, the Contract for
Deed holder, Mr. Holosek, and Mary Gorham, the fee owner at the
time and that no one received a notice of potential development -
or were aware of a proposal-alleged proposal, for subdivision or
any proposal laying out 152nd Avenue. He also stated two problems
with the location. One problem is that it would be a blied
intersection on the side of a hill and the second problem is
a drainage problem.

The Council discussed the issue and City Administrator schnelle
suggested the city should authorize a joint access north of the subject
property and take an easement-ingress or one to the south.

C/April 14, 1981
4
