It is my understanding
that this matter has been previously brought to your attention;
however, you have taken no action to date.
On several occasions my client has been advised by business patrons
that said patrons have almost been involved in automobile accidents
due to the fact that the semi-trailers in question block the view
of my client's premises from Highway 10.~ The purpose of this corres-
pondence is to inform you and the State Highway Department of the
serious nature of the problem in an effort to disclaim all liability
for grievous bodily injuries which could result from your allowing
this dangerous condition to exist. _
It is interesting to note that when my client initially applied for
a liquor license the application was delayed due to the fact that
certain members of the council felt access from Highway 10 near the
curve was somewhat hazardous. It is indeed ironic that you are not
at all concerned about the current problem.
