The City of <br />Anoka approves of provisions for development of multiple family housing and <br />an adequate park system and creation of a paratranstt system and park 'n~ <br />ride sites. However, as the resolution indicates, we have concern about <br />the zoning districts adjacent to Anoka near Highway 47 and Industry Avenue. <br />We also question the size and location of commercial and industrial <br />districts along Highway 10. <br /> <br />The City of Anoka suggests a meeting with the City of Ramsey concerning <br />these matters.
