Our program this month will offer you valuable <br />information to bring you up-to-date on the metropolitan office/warehouse market. The speakers will dis- <br />. cuss new projects, absorption statistics, rental rates, current vacancies, and ermeging leasing trends since <br />January 1980. This will be another "nuts and bolts" NAIOP breakfast meeting and should be most infor- <br />mative. In addition the Upper Midwest Chapter will be host to the National Comprehensive Office Parks <br />course participants at this breakfast meeting, giving each of us an opportunity to meet with other develop- <br />ers from around the country. <br /> <br />Due to the expected attendance for this meeting we need to receive your registration early so that we can <br />arrange for adequate seating capacity in coordination with'the NAIQP National Office.
