Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION # <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY <br />PERIOD FOR THE HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Colleen Lasher was promoted to the position of Human <br />Resources Representative on September 1, 2010 and was subject to a six-month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Lasher has successfully completed the required six-month <br />probationary period; and <br />WHEREAS, staff recommends removing Ms. Lasher from probation <br />Effective March 1, 2011, and retaining her as the full-time regular Human Resources <br />Representative. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />Motion to approve resolution 11-02-XXX confirming the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Colleen Lasher, effective <br />March 1, 2011 and retain her as the full-time regular Human Resources <br />Representative. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 22nd day of February, 2011 <br />
