INTRODUCTION <br />The Ramsey Economic Development Authority (EDA) is responsible for directing business <br />retention, expansion and recruitment efforts in the City of Ramsey. In 2012, the EDA identified <br />business retention as a priority for the City of Ramsey, and subsequently directed Staff to <br />develop and implement a business retention and expansion program. <br />The purpose of this report is to (1) outline thc 2012 Ramsey business retention and expansion <br />program structure (2) present and review program results and findings. <br />In summary, the 2012 'Ramsey business retention and expansion program was very successful.
