At this point, the City <br />no longer owns any parcel greater than one acre in size. Thc inventory of privately held available lots is <br />very limited. Therefore, competitively responding to prospects is a challenge for Staff. <br />lithe City wishes to retain expanding Ramscy businesses, and attract new businesses to this community. <br />there is a need to acquire (or secure) land for economic development purposes. Until. this item is <br />addressed, the City of Ramsey will remain less competitive than surrounding Cities.
