<br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan commented that there are three remaining businesses on the <br />small list and welcomed any amendments. <br /> <br />Member Johnson suggested removing the school from the list. <br /> <br />Member Riley commented that while he agrees that PACT is a great institution in the city, he does not <br />believe they would fit under this category. <br /> <br />Chairperson Wiyninger agreed that he does not believe a school should be included on this type of list. <br />He confirmed consensus to remove PACT from the list. <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan reviewed businesses from the large list that could be <br />considered to move to the small list and provided information about the businesses. He suggested <br />moving Barton Sand and Gravel, MultiSource Manufacturing, InTech, and RM Golf Carts to the small <br />list. <br /> <br />Member MacLennan stated that he was thinking of adding a business to the large list for consideration <br />and agreed some businesses should be moved from the large list to the small list. <br /> <br />Member Riley agreed with the suggestions of staff on the four businesses to move to the small list, <br />noting that additional businesses could then be added to the large list. <br /> <br />Member MacLennan commented that he has had personal dealings with RM Golf Carts and agreed that <br />although small, are a great business that has been in Ramsey a long time. <br /> <br />Chairperson Wiyninger confirmed the consensus of the EDA to add Barton Sand and Gravel (Martin <br />Marietta), MultiSource Manufacturing, InTech, and RM Golf Carts to the small list. <br /> <br />Member MacLennan requested to add Fabtech Plastics to the large list as they have done a great job <br />hiring and have been around a long time. <br /> <br />Chairperson Wiyninger asked that Delta ModTech also be considered for the large list. <br /> <br />Member Riley commented that Delta ModTech did receive recognition as a holiday sponsor and agreed <br />the business should be added to the large list. <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan asked to remove Premier Properties from the large list as that <br />business is no longer located in Ramsey. He confirmed consensus to remove that business from the <br />large list and add Fabtech Plastics and Delta ModTech. <br />5. MEMBER / STAFF UPDATE <br /> <br />Economic Development Manager Sullivan provided an update on the registration of businesses for the <br />upcoming Business Expo and asked that interested members alert staff if they would like to volunteer at <br />the event.
