Recitals. <br /> .01. The ~ity of Ramsey (City) approved the creation of Development <br /> ~ - ~o. 1 (District) and adopted a p/~%~ (Program) for the District in <br />Distr~cn ~ . through 462.134 (Development <br /> with Minn. Stat. Sect on o7L%% the Program on O ne 30, 1986, <br /> aceo~=~ ~.~ on~u~lSt 27, 1985, aha <br /> August 12, 1986 and June 9, 1987. <br /> 1.02. The Citv also approved the creation of Tax Increment Financing <br /> ' ado ~ed a plan (Plan) for the TIP District <br /> n~trict No. 1 (TIF District) an~ ~ 174 through 469.179 (TIF A~!2 on <br /> --- - -^ Minn. Stat., Sectzons ,o~.?- - ,* 1986 and June 9, IF~/. <br /> Angust 27, 19~5, and modified the Plan on August ~, <br /> 1.03. Changes in the nature of the public and private improvements to be <br /> constructed have prompted the need for another modification of the Program and <br /> Plan. · <br /> 1.0~. The City has authorized the preparaUion of a modified Program and <br /> Plan which are contained in a document entitled "Modified Development Program, <br /> ;'~d Tax Increment Financing Plan, Tax <br /> DevelopmenU District No. 1 and Modi.m-- ~o=mta" (collectively, <br /> increment Pinancing District No. 1, City of Ramsey, <br /> Plans), dated April 12, 1988. <br /> 1.05. Copies of the modified Program and Plan have been forwarded <br /> Anoka-Hennepin Independent School District No. 11 and to Anoka County along <br /> with a notice of the public hearing as required by the Acts. <br /> 1.07. The City Council has fully reviewed the contents of the modified <br /> Program and Plan and has this date conducted a public hearing :hereon at which <br /> the views of all interested persons were heard. <br /> <br /> <br />
