Section 4. Modified Pro,ram and Plan Adopted; Certification; Pilin~. <br /> 4.01. The modified Program and Plan are hereby approved and adopted. <br />The modified Program and Plan incorporate by reference the original Program <br />and Plan and the amendmen~ thereto, except as the modified Program and Plan <br />explicitly or by reasonably necessary inference conflict with the original <br />Program or Plan or any amendment thereto. <br /> 4.02. The geographic boundaries of the District and of the TIF District <br />have not been changed as a result of this modification. The boundaries are as <br />described in the modified Program and Plan, which documents are hereby adopted <br />by reference. <br /> 4.03.
