-2- <br /> <br />On the North Forty plat, we recommend additional <br />right-of-way be dedicated with this plat for its <br />frontage along CR f83/Armstrong Boulevard. This <br />additional right-of-way is necessary for the <br />proposed upgrading of CR f83 tentatively scheduled <br />for 1989. The exact right-of-way requirements <br />are shown on the attached sketch and a copy of this <br />sketch has been also forwarded to the owner and <br />developer, Mr. Richard Sybrant. This pla~ also <br />should dedicate the right of access to CR ~S3 from <br />Lot t, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 3 to Anoka County <br />and this should be' stated on the plat.
