The proposed plat consists of 15 lots varying in size from 2.5 <br /> acres to 3.1 acres, city code 170.013D requires the minimum <br /> lot size in the R-1 residential district to be 2.5 acres. All <br /> of the lots meet the minimum lot size requirements. In review <br /> of the lot widths, Lot 4, Block 3 does not meet the minimum <br /> width of 200 feet at the building setback.. <br /> 2. soil borings and soil classifications were not submitted as <br /> required by Article 170.037B i. of the city Code to determine <br /> the elevation of the watertable. However, based on the Anoka <br /> county soil survey, the soils consist of Nymore loamy sand. <br /> Al! !cts appear to have ade~zte class I soils suitable for on- <br /> site wastewater ~ispcsal systems. <br /> <br />Z2Z Monroe Street <br />Anoka.
