On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. David <br />Hauan to construct and operate a recreational center and to construct an <br />advertising sign in the I-1 Industrial District on the property generally <br />kno%~ as 14622 Ferret Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2, Block 1, h~-10 R~ey, Anoka County Minnesota <br />This pe.~7~lt was issued pursuant to Sections _.,0.0t~D and 170.05 of the <br />Rnmsey City Code. This conditional use permlt is perpetual in its <br />duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions of this pemit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The advertising sign shall not exceed 160 square feet and shall be <br /> constru~ed in accordance with specifications of the City Building <br /> CK~ficial. <br /> <br />2. ~le advertising shall not be constructed until such time as a sign <br /> permit has been issued by the Building Official. <br /> <br />3. No development of the recreational center or sign shall be permitted <br /> 'until the developer proceeds with the site plan review process and <br /> receives approval frc~ the City Council. <br /> <br /> 4. This conditional use permit is contingent upon the execution of a <br /> development agreement with the City outlining the conditions for <br /> develoi~nent of the recreation center and sign. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Mr. David Hau~n hereby acknowledges receipt of this conditional use pemit <br />and that he has reviewed the conditioP~ of this permit and has agreed that <br />he will cause compliance with the term.~ of this permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
