CASE ~8: <br /> <br />10 Minutes <br /> <br /> R~ FOR SITE PLkN REVIle; <br />CASE O~ NCRT~ STAR ENGI~.:.~ING (AMDOD OIL) <br /> By: Pete Raatikka, City fl~gineer <br /> <br />Backgro~d: <br />At the April 12, 1988 Council meeting the City Council granted site plan <br />approval to the proposed Amoco Oil Company convenience center at 142nd Avenue <br />N.W. and State Hic_hw~y ~7. This approval %~as based on providing an access <br />from State t!ich~:a~' ~7 cen'~ered on the nortk property line of t~+,e £jte and <br />subject to ~n/DOT_' approval. <br />On Friday, April 15, 1988 I net with representatives from Mn/DOT and Amoco Oil <br />Company and Mn/DOT agreed to the access on the north side of the site provided <br />it would be placed on the property of the Amoco Oil Company site for its sole <br />use.
