Pribb!e. ~ose issues %~ere dur~.ticn, waoes, insurance, <br />and holidsy~. ~arings on %he arb~traticn %:ere closed on l~e,,,an~er 21, 1987 and <br />on April g, 1S88 Arbitrator Pribble issued his award. That award is as <br />foll~;s: <br /> For 1987, a 2% wage increase on January 1 and another 2% wage increase on <br /> Juls' 1 (both increases calculated on the 1986 rates). Employer's <br /> insurance contribution is increased by $12 per month for the entire year <br /> of 1987. No change in holidays. <br /> For 1988, wages are increased by 3.85% effective January 1 based on the <br /> 1987 wage base. Employer's insurance contribution is increased by $10 per <br /> month for the entire year cf 1988. No change in holidays. <br /> <br /> P~commendation: <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Acknowledge award and authorize the }~yor and City Administrator to sign <br />agreements reflecting the award of Arbitrator Edward D.
