3. 1981 Street Projects: <br /> <br /> A. Variolite Street: Bid awarded to Buffalo Bituminous. <br /> <br /> B. Peltzer Addition: We are presently working on the final plans and <br /> specifications for this project. We recommend waiting on bidding <br /> project with other projects and for the bond market to come down. <br /> <br /> C. 157th Lane Cul-de-sac lyin~ East of County Road 56: Public hearing is <br /> to be held May 26, 1981. <br /> <br /> D. Bower's Drive: Public hearing set for May 26, 1981. <br /> <br /> E. Area North of Pineview Estates: Public hearing set for June 30, 1981. <br /> <br /> F. Fluorine Street, 151st Ave., & 152nd Ave.: Public hearing set for <br /> June 30, 1981. <br /> <br /> G. Ford Brook Estates: We are presently working on the feasibility study <br /> for this project. <br /> <br />4. Drainage Problems 163rd Avenue and Olivine Street and 159th Avenue and <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Dolomite Street: Council set the public hearing dates on these projects <br />for May 26, 1981. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Storm Drain Study: The Council tabled the resolution establishing <br />the rates for storm drainage improvement charges until September, 1981. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Water Study: We have starte~ working on Phase I of this study <br />and plan to complete Phase I for the last meeting in June. <br /> <br />Rum River Bridge Crossing: Our firm is presently in the process of preparing <br />an EIS and we plan to have a draft complete next month. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan and Sewer Flows: I am presently working on projected <br />sewer flows for Ramsey and justification for the projected sewer extensions. <br />I have talked to Jim Barton on the industrial growth and the need for sewer <br />extensions along T.H.IO. He recommended we have an informal meeting with <br />the land owners in the area and discuss our proposed sewer extension plan with <br />them. -- <br /> <br /> To date, I have not discussed what type of information Ramsey will need to <br /> justify a 2½ acre lot size with Jim Barton. I plan to meet with Jim next <br />- Wednesday following the CAB meeting to discuss this matter and also sewer <br /> flows. <br /> <br />CAB Interceptor: The next CAB meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27, <br />1981, as shown on the attached agenda. Also attached is a copy of the <br />proposed Position Paper from the CAB cities which is to be presented at <br />the public hearing on June 25, 1981. <br /> <br />The position paper is to be approved by council resolution prior to the <br />June 25, 1981 meeting as indicated on the proposed schedule of events. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />
