He .was foUnd.guilty and fined $150.00 and given <br />in box suspended contingent upOn <br />thirty days in jail with the jail sentence <br />his attaining compliance. <br />As of the date of this report the box ca~ is still at the property <br />and we are not sure what will happen next. Mr. Goodrich may also <br />address this item under his report. <br /> I received several calls from Mr. Gilbemtson during the week of JUne <br /> 8th in regards to Mr. Guys trucks and spoke to Mr. Guy twice in regards <br /> to this problem. An easy solution'does not'appear to be readily attain- <br /> able. <br /> Letters sent on various items are as follows: <br /> 1) Mr. John Booth, 15119 Zuni St. (Duplex in R-1 zoning) <br /> 2) Mrs. Bonnie Abel~'5210 155th Ave. (duplex in an R-I Zone) <br /> Mr. Richard Barstow~ Buildable lot. <br /> 4) Mr~ Lee'Orawley (completion'of' development agreement) <br /> <br /> Building activity remained quite low and the housing starts we do' <br /> have are mostly by individual building their own homes. <br /> Ralph's County Meat~, after' several meetings to attain code a~d ord- <br /> const-~uction' and progressing quite <br /> inance compliance, is finally under <br /> well.
