The above enclosed report <br />differs from the one you received at the May 26, 1981 Council <br />meeting in that it covers the State Aid issue and its affect <br />on the City. <br /> Mrs. Tomassellt will be present Tuesday night to review thi~ re- <br /> port with the City of Ramsey. I think the report gives Ramsey <br /> an excellent overview of their fiscal capacity t~ deal with <br /> future growth in the City. <br /> <br /> <br />
