Voting yes <br /> no <br />CASE #12: AUTHORIZATION TO SEND THE PROPOSED LETTERS IN REGARDS TO UNPAID <br /> <br />FIRE CALLS: <br />Enclosure (D2-h) contains the following items for Council re- <br />view and action: <br /> a) Memo from City Administrator to Ramsey City Council <br /> listing the unpaid fire calls. <br /> <br /> b) Proposed letter to be sent to each individual who <br /> has not paid his fire call. <br />Council Action: Request Council action approving/disapproving/ <br />amending proposed letter to be sent to each of the individuals <br />who has not paid his fire call to the City of Ramsey. If <br />Council approves of the request you should adopt the following <br />motion: <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilmember and seconded <br /> by Councilmember to approve of the <br /> proposed letter contained in enclosure (D2-h) Council <br /> agenda dated June 23, 1981. Secondly, direct the City <br /> Administrator to send this letter to all individuals <br /> who are listed in the memo contained as enclosure (D2-h) <br /> Council agenda dated June 23, 1981, as having unpaid fire <br /> calls. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />CASE #13: AUTHORIZATION TO WRITE OFF FIRE CALLS: <br /> Enclosure (D2-i) contains a list of uncollected fire calls which <br /> we are requesting Council authorization for the City of Ramsey <br /> to write off for accounting purposes. Now, the mere fact that <br /> the City writes off these fire calls does not mean that we will <br /> not try to collect from those individuals. <br /> Council A~tion: Your action will be to approve/disapprove. <br /> If you approve of writing off these old fire calls, you should <br /> adopt the following proposed motion: <br /> <br /> <br />
