I know <br />that it is humanly inKoossible for you to respond to individaul County <br />CcrmLissioners frc~neighty seven counties. For me to be one of the <br />chosen few, I am very grateful. <br /> <br /> In all the years that I have served on the AnokaCounty Board, <br />the one thing that always upset mew ms that at different times, Federal <br />and even State money v~uld have been available for projects if plans <br />had been canpleted. Because ~e did not have pl~n~ ready, the money <br />v~nt scmewhere else. ! ams ur e, Dick, you saw that happen many times <br />when you were in private practice. <br /> <br /> & <br /> I don't know hew nmmy times we may have missed the boat on the <br />bridge for funding. I hope that when we get a set of pl~n~ approved, <br />it v~n't take as long to find the money to build it. <br /> <br /> I will ask Ralph to respond to your question regarding a~at he <br />found out in Washington. He was told that when you get the pl~ns <br />approved, let us knew. <br /> <br /> You will r~z~ber, I'm sure, x~en Bob Johnson our County Attorney, <br />talked to you about spccd limits on our County Pzmd ~9.
