Form for Owner's Consent to City Removal or Repair . <br /> <br /> ~ AUTHORIZATION TO RAZE (REPAIR) HAZARDOUS BUILDING <br /> <br /> We, the undersigned, and , husband <br /> <br /> and~-ife, presently residing at <br /> <br /> Minnesota, state that we are the fee owners of record in Joint tenancy1 <br /> <br /> of premises commonly known and described as Street <br /> <br /> (Avenue), , Minnesota and legally described as <br /> <br /> Lot , Block . <br /> ., Additioh to the City <br /> <br /> of.~-~'' , according to the map or plat thereof on file or <br /> <br /> Qf record in the office of the County Recorder (Register of Deeds) of the <br /> <br /> County of . , State of Minnesota; that there now exists on the <br /> <br /> premises a certain dwelling (with an attached .), which building <br /> we agree and admit is a hazardous building as defined by Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Section ~63.15 to ~63.261 in that it constitutes a fire hazard and a hazard <br /> to public safety and' health because of age, physical damage, inadequate <br /> maintenance and dilapidation, and which building we agree and admit is <br /> beyond reasonable repair and should be razed and removed.2 <br /> <br /> We further state that no other person, firm0r corporation has any <br /> right in, claim to, or lien against these premises. <br /> <br /> We further state that we do not have any funds at present to remove <br /> (repair) the building above described and, therefore, we do hereby <br /> <br />authorize the City of . pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Section ~63.151, to (raze such building and to remove the materials <br /> <br />therefrom from the premises, including the foundation of the building,· <br />to fill the excavation therefrom to grade, and to levy and collect the <br />expense of such razing and removal and filling of the excavation)3 as <br />a special charge against the real'estate on which the building is situated, <br />as provided by Minnesota Statutes, Section ~63.151, and we waive any right <br /> <br /> .- 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
