· " GlO' O CITY OF RAMSEY CONDITIONAL USE PEP~MIT AGREemENT This contract is entered into this ~-%~day of March, 1980, betwee~ the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City", and Thomas and Barbara Johnstone, hereinafter refferred to as "Applicant", in conjunction with the issuance to the Applicant a Conditional Use Permit to maintain on their premises at 15790 Traprock Street N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota a "Private Dog Kennel" as defined in City Code Chapter 110.0139. This Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted contingent upon the Applicants complyinE with the following: 1) At no time shall the Applicant have or keep more than four (4) adult dogs on the premises. 2) This permit shall not allow more than one (1) litter of pups at any one time for a period not to exceed four (4) months. 3) A veterinarian shall inspect the plans or the proposed kennel to determine if adequate space and sanitation are pro- vided. Veterinarian approval shall be provided to the City in writing. 4) The running fence shall have a warning sign of it being electrical. 5) There shall be no signs indicating "Commercial Sale" of the dogs. 6) The dogs shall be kept indoors at night. 7) If there are complaints of a noise problem, the owner shall be warned and must remedy the situation. 8) The dogs will not be left in the open portion of the kennel when no one is at the home. 9) Rsmsey reserves the right to inspect the kennel if it should receive complaints on the dogs barking or of offensive odors or creating any health hazards to the area. 10) Dogs shall not be allowed to run loose on Applicants property e~cept under the direct supervision of the Appli- cants. 11) Applicant shall maintain the private kennel in a sani- tary condition.
