Bloom <br /> <br /> Respondents/Appellants <br /> <br /> 570615 <br /> DISTRICT COURT <br /> <br />TENTH JUOICIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />FINAL CERTIFICATE <br /> <br /> District Court <br /> File No. B-44508 <br /> <br /> IN THE ~LRTT£R OF THE CONDCMNATION <br /> OF CERTAIN LANDS FOR CITY STORM SEWER PURPOSES <br /> <br /> By authority of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter llT, I hereby <br /> certify that the lands herein described have been taken by the City <br /> of Ramsey in eminent domain proceedings for storm sewer purposes in con- <br /> formity with the requirements of Chapter ll7 of said statutes as amended; <br /> that ce~nmissioners were duly appointed by the court to ascertain and <br /> 'report the'amount of the damages sustained by the several owners on-- <br /> account of such taking; that said commissioners qualified, and made and <br /> <br />· filed their report of such damages; that the time for appeal from the ' <br /> awards in said report has expired; that all appeals taken have been <br /> finally concluded; that all damages, as determined by award, and by <br /> agreement of the parties, have been paid by the City of Ramsey; that <br /> the proceedings for the taking of certain rights in said lands are now <br /> complete; and that said City now owns a perpetual easement in said lands <br /> for the purpose of maintaining the same for City storm sewer purposes.' <br /> <br /> Said lands are situated in Anoka County, Minnesota, and are <br />described as follows: <br /> <br /> A perpetual easement for storm sewer, appurtenances <br /> thereto over, across and under that part of Lot Three <br /> (3), Oickenson's Mississippi Estates described as follows: <br /> The East Twenty (20) feet of Lot Three (3), Oickenson's <br /> Mississippi Estates, according to the plat thereof on <br /> file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds <br /> in and for said County and State. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
