He stated that if 177th were connected at some time, it would no longer <br />need a variance. <br /> <br />Board Member Cleveland asked if they could act on the two streets separately. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Johnson, seconded by Board Member Cleveland to adopt Resolution <br />#06-03-072 adopting Findings of Fact #0754 relating to a request for a variance from maximum <br />cul-de-sac length for 177th Avenue favorable to the applicant, with the following change: <br /> <br /> Board of Adjustment/March 2, 2006 <br /> Page 2 of 5 <br />P2 <br /> <br /> <br />
