PRESENTATION OF YEAR IN REVIEW - MAYOR GAMEC <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec presented the Year in Review. He noted that the report is available at City Hail <br />for further review. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec noted that he received a petition and letters from the homeowners of the <br />Riverwood Hill subdivision regarding the Shade Tree cluster development. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon requested that Case 2a be added to the agenda <br />pertaining to the Vacation of Easements in Brookfield Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Pearson, to approve the agenda <br />as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Olson, Pearson, Cook, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and Strommen.
