Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2a: Vacation of Easement Brookfield Addition <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to <br />conduct a public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:33p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon explained that this issue was originally published <br />for a public hearing for tonight in anticipation of final plat, but that has been delayed until March <br />14®. Staffrequested that the public hearing be opened and continued to the 14th. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />There was none. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Cook, to continue the public <br />hearing to March 14th. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #3: <br /> <br />Request for Final Plat and Final Site Plan Approval of the Meadow; Case of <br />GM Land Development, Inc. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon explained that the subject property is <br />approximately 50 acres in size and includes the City Hall campus, three existing residential lots <br />to the south, and the Dental Office lot on the corner of Nowthen Boulevard and Alpine Drive. <br />The final plat complies with the approved preliminary plat in that it is creating 46 new single <br />family lots, replatting the three existing residential lots, replatting the dental clinic into two lots, <br />and preserving two public/quasi-public sites. The land uses on this 50 acres will not change, but <br />a Comprehensive Plan Amendment to reconfigure the layout of the existing land uses and a <br />rezon/ng were required as a part of preliminary plat review.
