That the Applicants have submitted plans for a new on-site sewage treatment system and <br />the proposed treatment area is outside the construction area with the existing on-site sewage <br />treatment system to be abandoned, pumped, and filled with soil when they take occupancy <br />in the new home. <br /> <br />That the presence of a second dwelling for an interim period of time will/will not adversely <br />impact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />That the presence of a second dwelling for an interim period of time will/will not be unduly <br />dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use <br />or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />That the presence of the second dwelling for an interim period of time will/will not <br />substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or market value of any surrounding <br />property. <br /> <br />12. That the presence of a second dwelling for an interim period of time will/will not be <br /> hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. <br /> <br />13.
