;Staff has reviewed the use and finds that it is compatible with the surrounding area. The majority <br />~o£ activity contemplated by the Applicant will occur on Sunday or during the evenings when <br />most of the surrounding businesses are closed. It was stated that only a few church officials and <br />volunteers would be using the church offices during the day. Under City Code, places of <br />assembly require a parking space for every three seats. The Applicant does not have a definite <br />answer to the seating capacity, within the proposed site, but stated that the congregation is <br />currently at 45 worshipers. The parking lot that serves the building in which the temporary <br />church will be located has 28 parking stalls. In the event that overflow parking is required, the <br />Applicant is in talks with RDTM Properties (south of the site) to use their parking lot. Staff will <br />confirm with the Applicant that this area can serve as overflow parking. From the information <br />available, staffbelieves that there is adequate parking for the proposed temporary Church. <br /> <br />The remodeling work will be done hi the inte'rior of the building.
