Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #06-04- RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF Ax[ INTERIM USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR THE OPERATION OF A CHURCH IN THE E-1 EMPLOYMENT DISTRICT BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # , AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. WItEREAS, the Ramsey Assembly of God Community, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an interim use permit to operate a Church in the E-I Employment District on the property located at 6361 Sunfish Lake Court, Suite 300 legally described as follows: Lot 2, Block 1, Oakridge Industrial P~k, Anoka County, Minnesota. (the "Subject Property"); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on April 4, 2006, conducted a public hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request to operate a Church in the E-1 Employment District. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF R,,kMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1) The Permittee is herein allowed to operate a Church and Parish Officds at 636I Sunfish Lake Court, Suite 300. 2) The Permittee shall secure written permission from the building owner for the parking of up to 28 vehicles onthe Subject Property. Such written permission shall be provided to the City. 3) The Permittee shall secure written permission from RDTM Properties to use their parking lot for overflow parking at 6360 Sunfish Lake Court. Such written permission shall be provided to the City. 4) This Permit shall commence on the date of City Council approval of same and shall expire on May 1,2011. 5) This Permit is applicable only to the operation of a church and parish offices at 6361 Sunfish Lake Court, Suite 300. The granting of this Permit does not allow for any other use that is prohibited in the E-1 Employment District. 32
