Subd. 5. Procedure for Obtaining a DMP <br /> <br />An applicant seeking to move a dwelling within or into the City shall <br />be required to file an official application and deposit with the City an <br />escrow fee in an amount established by City Council resc!uficn. The <br />application shall be signed by the applicant and joined in by all fee <br />owners of the Subject Property. <br /> <br />b. The applican_nion shall provide the following information: <br /> <br />A description of the dwelling to be moved in or within the <br />City, including dimensions, construction materials, awe of <br />d~vellin~, condition of exterior and interior, and photographs. <br /> <br />2. Address of the dwelling's origin. <br /> <br />Address of dwelling's destination and legal description of the <br />Subject Property. <br /> <br />A certificate of survey prepared by a registered land surveyor <br />showing the proposed location of the dwelling on the Subject <br />Property to which it is being moved. <br /> <br />The highways and streets within the City over, along or across <br />which the building is to be moved. <br /> <br />6. The proposed moving date and hours. <br /> <br />Proof of a building-mover license/bond as issued by the State <br />of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Proof of fee title ownership of the Subject Property on which <br />the dwelling is to be located. <br /> <br />Any additional information which the City finds necessary to <br />make a fair determination of whether a DMP should be issued. <br /> <br /> Subd.-76. City Processing of DMP.
