CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKACOUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at the <br />Ramsey Fire Station Number I, 15050 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember Todd Cook <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Al Pearson <br />Councilmember Sarah Stmmmen <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator James E. Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Public Works Director Dean Kapler <br />Assistant Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:06 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Cook. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec welcomed Elk River High School student and Ramsey resident Jacqueline Sturby, <br />who was present to fulfill requirements of her American Government class. <br /> <br />Jim Overtoom, 16660 Jasper Street, stated he would like to address Case Nos. 1 and 4. Mayor <br />Gamec indicated portions of these cases will be canceled; Mr. Overtoom is welcome to speak at <br />the time the cases are discussed. <br /> <br />City Council / March 14, 2006 <br />Page 2 of 25 <br /> <br /> <br />
