provide the same upon payment by Tenant. Upon termination of this Lease or of Tenant's <br />possession, Tenant shall surrender all keys of the Premises and shall explain to Landlord all <br />combination locks on safes, cabinets and vaults. <br />40. Movement of Tenant. During the term of the Lease, Landlord may require <br />Tenant to move from the Tenants Premises to an ad j acent Property called 6701 Highway 10, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. Tenant would be required to move at Tenant's sole expense. Landlord will <br />provide Tenant similar access, ingress/egress and Premises conditions as the current Premises at <br />6745 Highway 10. The Lease rates in the new Premises will not change upon Tenant's <br />relocation.
