Fax: 763.427.5543 <br />www.cityoframsey.com <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />PROJECT 23-102: HOME2 SUITES <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public <br />hearing on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood <br />Drive NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. All interested persons are invited to attend and comment on the <br />proposed requests. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a Preliminary Plat and Site Plan Review for <br />a 16,000 square foot hotel within the COR Zoning District. The proposed hotel would be located <br />on the southeast corner of the property generally located north of Sunwood Drive, west of Zeolite <br />Street, and legally described as follows: <br />Outlot A Cor Two, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and upon advance request, <br />information will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available.
