From: Gary Olson <br />Sent: Thursday, April 27, 2023 4:05 PM <br />To: Ramsey Planning; Todd Larson <br />Subject: Project 23-102 - Home2Suites by Hilton <br />To whom it may concern - <br />I am very much against the proposed Project 23-102: Home2Suites Hotel in the City of Ramsey. <br />I've built my home in a growing residential neighborhood that I enjoy very much. <br />Having an Extended stay hotel in my backyard would be exactly against why I chose to live here. <br />I'm very much aware of the Home2Suites by Hilton business model. <br />I am also aware of the associated issues and risks of hotels in or near residential neighborhoods. <br />Extended stay hotels have a major impact on residential neighborhoods. <br />Residents of extended stay hotels have no stake in maintaing our neighborhoods. <br />Actually, it usually gives people a reason to miss -behave. <br />We just don't need the 24/7 noise and traffic. <br />Gary Olson <br />14790 Xenolith St NW <br />Ramsey, M N 55303-4463 <br />
