AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated utility easement is hereby vacated, to- wit: All drainage and utility easements lying over, under and across Lot 1, Block . 1, and Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, as delineated and dedicated on said Ramsey Dental Clinic Addition.
