AUTHORITY <br /> This ordinance is adopted pursuant <br />to and under the authority of the Home <br />Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, <br />Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes <br />412.851. <br /> SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> The following described dedicated <br />utility easement is hereby vacated, to- <br />wit: <br /> All drainage and utility easements <br />lying over, under and across Lot 1, Block . <br />1, and Outlot A, Ramsey Dental Clinic <br />Addition, according to the recorded plat <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, as <br />delineated and dedicated on said Ramsey <br />Dental Clinic Addition.
