October 25, 1984 <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />Staking: <br />requirements on a daily basis with the resident inspector. <br /> <br />Pay Estimates: The cut-off date for pay estimates is the <br />each month. <br /> <br />Testing: STS <br />testing. <br /> <br />The contractor was instructed to coordinate his staking <br /> <br /> 15th of <br /> <br /> Consultants and Hakanson Anderson will be doing the <br /> <br />Utilities: <br /> <br />Gas: Mr. Raatikka stated he had contacted the North Cental <br />Public Service Co. and they did not have any gas mains in con- <br />flict with the proposed construction. The gas company also <br />stated they would not install gas to the project until the curb <br />and gutter was installed. <br /> <br /> Electric: Mr. Brown from Anoka Electric stated they did not have <br /> any conflicts with the proposed construction. He also stated <br /> they would start installing electric service to the plat in <br /> November. <br /> <br /> Telephone: Mr. Hoisve from Northwestern Bell stated there are <br /> 300, 600 and 900 cables on the west side of S.T.H. 47. He said <br /> N.W. Bell would work with Arcon to construct the project. <br /> <br /> Permits: Mr. Raatikka stated that all the permits with the <br /> exception of the MPCA sewer extension permit and the MN/DOT <br /> Utility Permit for jacking under S.T.H. 47 had been approved. <br /> The MPCA permit was scheduled to be approved Monday, October 8, <br /> 1984 and the MN/DOT Utility Permit was to be approved within 3-4 <br /> weeks. Mr. Raatikka also stated that MN/DOT would call him when <br /> the permit was approved and set up a site meeting with the <br /> contractor and himself. <br /> <br /> Easements: Mr. Raatikka stated all the easements with the excep- <br /> tion of the easements for 149th Avenue (S.A.P. 199-195-01) had <br /> been acquired. He also stated that the 149th easements would be <br /> acquired following state aid approval of the plans which he <br /> anticipated to happen in late October. <br /> <br /> Special Problems and/or Instructions: Mr. Raatikka stated that <br /> Bid Schedule CE" Storm Sewer 149th Avenue N.W.S.A.P. No. 199- <br /> 105-01 would not become part of the contract until the plans were <br /> approved by the MN/DOT State Aid Office. He also stated that he <br /> expected MN/DOT to approve the plans by the end of October. <br /> Mr. Raatikka gave the contractor copies of the permits he had <br /> received and instructed the contractor to abide by the require- <br /> ments of DNR, MPCA, MN/DOT and the Minnesota Department of Health <br /> during the construction of the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
