Lloyd Schnelle <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 No, then Blvd. N.V. <br />Ramsey, Hlnnesota 55303 <br /> <br />Dear Lloyd: <br /> <br />The Quad Cities Cable Communications Commlsslon, representing the City of <br />Ramsey in administrating our respective and Joint Cable TV Franchise, has \ <br />recently received from the corporated office of Group W Cable, Inc. an advance <br />on future franchise fees in the amount of $40.000.00. <br /> <br />On June 29, 1984 the Co~mission requested the City of Ramsey to contribute <br />$10,000.00 to Its budget due to an operating deficit. The contribution was <br />requested follo~ing guldellnes stlpulated by our Franchise Ordlnance, Article <br />11~ Section !~ Subparagragh (2) and honored by the City. Council of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Therefore, Ramsey"s contribution of $10,000.O0 is being reimbursed In accordance <br />with our stipulated agreement.
